James first worked with Big Talk as a freelance Production Coordinator on ‘Shaun of the Dead,’ then as Production Manager on ‘Hot Fuzz’. Since joining Big Talk in 2008, James has worked as Line Producer on ‘Free Agents’ and ‘Attack The Block’ and most recently, as Co-Producer on ‘Sightseers’. James is currently producing psychological horror, ‘In Fear’ with Nira Park.
Prior to joining Big Talk, James worked with Working Title Films, Focus Features, DNA, Film Four, Channel 4, BBC Films and UK Film Council on films as diverse as ‘The Boat That Rocked,’ ‘In Bruges,’ ‘Lord of War,’ ‘Sex Traffic,’ ‘Morvern Callar,’ ‘The History Boys’ and ‘Aduthood’ – working in various regions of the UK as well as South Africa, Romania, Czech Republic, Spain and The Isle of Man.
