Tamzin Cary began her film career as assistant to Vadim Jean and Bharat Nalluri at The Mob Film Company before moving on to assist Ruth Caleb at BBC Films. During her time with Ruth, she worked as Production Secretary on four BAFTA winning features and singles including the Michael Powell winning film Last Resort as well as managing a slate of 17 projects. Tamzin then moved over to be BBC Films in-house script reader, before leaving to take up the post of Head of Development at indie production company, The Producers Films. She continued to work in a freelance capacity for BBC Films, Fox Phillips and Mission Pictures. Following a short stint working with Film4, Tamzin took over as Development Executive at Big Talk Productions, where she has been credited on Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, Paul and Attack the Block.
