Having graduated with a degree in philosophy, and keen to pursue a career in television, Celia joined Big Talk in January 2020 as a runner, before becoming an assistant to the Drama department later that year.

She is now the team’s development coordinator, and in 2023 began script editing the third season of Stephen Merchant’s critically acclaimed series The Outlaws for BBC and Amazon.
