Brownall Job Centre opens its doors once again in this for a second series of this half-hour comedy. Highly-strung centre manager Trish (Sarah Hadland) is ready for a fresh start after her divorce – with a new, younger boyfriend. It’s all a bit too excruciatingly close to home for Karl (Russell Tovey), but Trish is on top of the world, especially as she now has an ally against the awful Angela (Jo Enright) in the form of deputy manager Natalie (Laura Aikman) who’s surprised to find her new boss wants to confide in her much more than she’d anticipated.
