Following work as a unit assistant on Emmerdale and a runner on The Voice UK, Anya joined Big Talk in 2016 as Production Assistant before moving into the Executive Assistant role supporting Kenton Allen and Matthew Justice. In 2019, Anya joined the drama team as Development Assistant, before becoming Drama Development Producer in 2021.

Anya is currently script editing Big Talk's brand new comedy drama Ludwig for BBC One starring David Mitchell, and in 2023 she was named as one of Broadcast Magazine’s Hot Shots.
